India Announces $450 Million Reconstruction Aid for Sri Lanka After Cyclone Ditwah
India has announced a $450 million aid package to support Sri Lanka’s relief and reconstruction efforts following the destruction caused by Cyclone Ditwah. The announcement was made in Colombo after External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and conveyed a letter from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
